Up to ~75-100 guests - One buffet line - Normal access - Standard pickup timing - Up to 3 hours total labor

80–120 guests - Two buffet lines - More than two entrée selections - Long carry distance - Tight load-in or pickup window
 
$350+
120+ guests - Three or more entrée selections - Multiple buffet stations - Late-night or next-day pickup outside normal flow - total labor will exceed 3 hours
 
Additional time is billed at $45 per hour.
